Northrop Grumman is seeking a Human Resource Assistant 3. This position will be located at our (AS) Sector in El Segundo, CA.
The qualified candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Talent Acquisition Operations Department.
Responsible for the overall Operations and clerical support for the Talent Acquisition department in Aerospace Systems. The individual will be responsible for ensuring that all operational business processes and systems are maintained according to company standards.

Influences hiring managers, executives, candidates and peers by developing trusting relationships
Advises hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques;Will routinely assist in gathering metrics data for analysis and to advise and improve needed processes
Proactively collaborates with the TA team leader on all staffing related areas
Organizes internal/external data reporting for audits
Maintains efficient departmental work flow and accurate data processing information to enterprise systems Manages the integrity of recruitment data in various databases and systems.
Maintain Quality Control files in a secure location. Maintains all other Talent Acquisition records for Audit requirements and reporting
Work with NEE team to ensure phone and laptop equipment is ordered prior to start
Review start lists with NEE team, SCO or other stakeholders
Completes specialized reports for sector and enterprise management teams
Finalize onboarding checklist for all day 1 starts. Include corporate and cross sector transfers
I-9s & C-638 verification
High School diplomawith 4 years additional experience in human resources or Bachelors degree and 1 year experience in human resources
Previous experience with Taleo
