Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Systems Test Engineer 5 to join our team of highly qualified and diverse individuals. This position will be located in El Segundo, California.

Ground-Based Strategic Deterrent Engineering Manufacturing Development (GBSD EMD) proposal needs a system test design lead to continue to mature the GBSD test program and plans to generate proposal products and work with the Technology Maturation Risk Reduction (TMRR) team to integrate baseline products into the proposal. Candidates need experience in pre-Preliminary Design Review (PDR) System Test development and large competitive proposals. Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) experience a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 14 years of related experience; or a MS degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of related experience

  • Systems test experience on alarge competitive proposal

  • Active In-Scope DoD Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inter-Continental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) experience a plus
