The Industrial Security Manager will provide program security management and oversight of a diverse security team. Theshe/he will provide security management interface and guidance to Program Managers, and Government Representatives within the Special Access Program.
She/he will interpret and enforce Government and company security policies and provide direction and guidance with regard to regulations. Will perform with demonstrated knowledge and experience as a Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) including conducting briefings, debriefings, security clearance processing, scheduling and staffing, security education and training activities, and investigations and assessments.
As the selected candidate, youwill have experience working with physical security systems such as intrusion detection, access control, perimeter protection, and Emergency Response Planning.
She/hewill develop, and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. She/he will also overseepreparation ofmanuals outlining regulations, and establish procedures for handling, storing, keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitor's access to restricted records andmaterials.
The qualified candidate be responsible for ensuring successful compliance to Government and company security.

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum 6 years of relevant security experience oran additional 10 years security experiencein lieu of Bachelor's Degree
Must have at least3 years of security related experience as ateam leadwithin a Special Access Program
Must have in-depth knowledge of and experience with the DoD Special Access Program Security Manuals, ICDs and JSIG
Must be able to work closely with government customers, security counterparts, and Program Directors, to ensure successful execution of program activity
Ability to perform daily tasks with minimal oversight and problem solve in an efficient, security-minded manner, while recognizing when to defer to management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24/7 and 365 days a year
Must be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport and be willing to accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location
Must comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and immunizations that may include anthrax and smallpox. Must meet medical requirements for worldwide travel
US Citizenship required
Must have an activeTop Secret clearance
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Ability to manage a diverse team of multi-disciplined experts in Industrial and Cyber Security fields
Experience with SAP and SCIF regulations and guidelines
Familiarity with the policies and procedures for classified document marking, protection, storage, transmittal, and destruction
Experience maintaining and interpreting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Security Plans, CONOPS, etc.
Skilled in providing security-relevant training and briefings
Experience with drafting and managing Fixed Facility Checklists
COMSEC experience to include equipment and key inventory and management
Demonstrated ability tobeproactive, and possess excellent problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet iterative deadlines
Previous experience providing on-site security consulting support for a technical project, preferably with a federal customer
