Northrop Grumman Space Systems' Program Excellence team is seeking a Program Management (PM) Execution Continuity Lead to support the Space Systems Sector Program Excellence Director with the facilitation and implementation of Program Management (PM) tools, reporting and processes. This individual will report to the Space Systems Sector Director of Program Excellence. This role can be located at any major Northrop Grumman location, with the ability to travel as required.
Specific responsibilities will include:
Facilitating and implementing Program Management tools, metrics, reporting, and processes to include data analytic resources (via tools, etc.).
Automation capability - specifically within Program Excellence utilizing tools in order to improve our products across the board.
Creating dashboards, surveys and a repository for data/information to help in the PM Development charter as well as offering products back to programs (templates for example) to help in the program review area.
Ensuring current execution and Digital Transformation Office (DTO) initiatives remain in alignment from a tool and reporting structure perspective.
Developing and designing the Space Systems Sector Program Excellence site.
Supporting data and technical related needs for the Program Excellence team across the sector to include needs of the 5 Space Systems Sector Divisions and facilitate/manage processes.
Establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to the scheduled launch of the programs this role will be establishing for the Space Systems sector.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Basic Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, requirements development, and or systems/software design or related experience - OR - a Master's degree and 4+ years of experience as outlined above.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 4:
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience in engineering, requirements development, and or systems/software design or related experience - OR - a Master's degree and 8+ years of experience as outlined above.
Additional Basic qualifications for both levels:
Self-starter with the ability to work independently under the guidance of the Space Systems Sector Program Excellence Director.
Strong project management skills with ability to execute initiatives with urgency, accuracy and efficiency.
Outstanding interpersonal skills with a collaborative nature and the ability to influence others.
Extensive experience and knowledge of data exploration and mining, data analytics, and system automation using various tools
Experience with Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
Ability to travel 25% of the time.
Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance. US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
STEM degree.
Comprehensive knowledge of company program management standards, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Experience working in organizations going through digital transformation.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Salary Range: $74,600 - $129,500
Salary Range 2: $92,400 - $160,600
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
