This position will report to the Facility Security Officer and will be responsible for the general Physical Security of a 77 acre campus and multiple off-site facilities including Develops and implements physical security solutions for support to Northrop Grumman's Industrial Security Program, Maintains access control and video camera systems, maintains access control rosters, proximity access control administration, Manages policy and issuance of badges for all company personnel and visitors, Updates Emergency Action Plans (EAP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Post Orders to meet emerging threats and regulatory changes, Coordinates and tests facility alarms, conducts end-of-day security inspections, changes combinations, maintains key control, and oversees contract guard force operations on campus, Primary liaison with vendors responsible for scheduling service appointments or maintenance visits for security equipment and building systems under the purview of the security department (access control, CCTV, IDS), Knowledge and training in Lenel and DMP desired, Will assist the FSO in managing the sites Industrial Security Program, Must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong organizational and time management abilities.



Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree & 3 years experience.

Must have U.S. Citizenship with a current or active Top Secret level clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Lenel, Access Manager for monitoring alarms.

JPAS & DISS experience preferred.
