Northrop Grumman is seeking a Quality Analyst to support a large, complex enterprise IT program for a DoD customer. The successful candidate will develop and implement program quality plans, programs and procedures to ensure program performance and services conform to customer requirements, standards, and Service Level Agreements.The Quality Analyst will belong to the Defense Systems Operational Excellence and Quality homeroom organization, and will be fully integrated into the program team.
•Implementing, analyzing, and reporting on service performance against Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
•Reviewing deliverables and service performance to ensure adherence to contractual requirements
•Investigating problems; recommending corrective actions for recurring discrepancies, and tracking actions to closure
•Conducting process audits and assessments
•Participating in Continuous Improvement activities, after-action reviews, corrective/preventive actions, root cause analysis, lessons learned, and other independent reviews.
•Providing input for program reporting and reviews
