We are seeking a Principal Software Testing candidate for our Tactical Space Systems division, supporting mission critical customers and spacecraft missions. The location for this role is in Colorado Springs, Colorado. There is no option to telecommute for this position,

Candidates will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring engineering tests serve mission objectives and mechanisms are in place to execute the tests.

  • Testing all customer samples.

  • Overseeing the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as liaison to program, engineering and line management.

  • Reviewing status of test requirements, manages schedules and prepares reports.

  • Selecting and supervising technicians during test.

  • Assessing anomalies and developing resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Test and Quality Engineering.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS Degree and 5 years of experience or an additional 4 years of industry experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

  • US Citizenship is required for this position.

  • An active Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required to be considered for this position.

  • Experience with the following is required to be considered for this position: DOORS, XML, JIRA, Redmine, Enterprise Architect (EA), SQL.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within the Missile Defense arena is highly preferred.

The salary range for this Colorado-based position is:

$83,600 to $125,400.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
