Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Project Management 3/4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located onsite in Clearfield, UT.
Essential Functions:
This position is seeking a highly motivated, strong communicator to join the Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) – Integration & Affordability team. This position will be in fast-paced, classified environment supporting a bi-coastal team.
Reponsibilities include but are not limited to:
Integration:
Establishes rhythms, processes, and tool aids to synchronize Global Supply Chain (GSC) functions across enterprise and division
Presents to enterprise leadership on program and business status. Manage up and out and prepare business stakeholders for program meetings
Drive dashboard creation using program tools, including Tableau
Affordability
Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify and implement potential initiatives
Communicate plan and status to program leadership through classified and unclassified data calls
Baseline, Monitor/Control and Reporting
Manages material and/or labor control portfolios related to the GSC Statement of work
Provide the progress of work against the schedule and update forecast based in conjunction with cost planners and business stakeholders
Review sales forecast with business stakeholders and implement changes. Communicate updates and status on monthly basis to leadership
Identify scope changes and coordinate budget and schedule impacts with business management as well as business stakeholders via Change Requests. Support program development of Change Board packages
Analyze and report significant cost and schedule variances to business stakeholders. Develop and complete the variance analysis report (VAR) and close outstanding action items
RIO
- Facilitate and aid development of major stakeholders in Risk, Issue and Opportunity and bring to the program. Exercise and track mitigation steps to close actions.
Change Execution
Review change board packages and assess for potential impacts
Coordinate with Cost Management to process budget/scope and/or EAC EVCR
Track implementation of scope change to closure
Report and accuracy monthly to program and GSC leadership
Basic Qualifications:
Principal (Level 3):
Must have Bachelor's Degree with 5 years, Master's Degree with 3 years, PhD with 1 year or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 9 years of experience. Experience must be in the following: Supply Chain; Logistics, Project Management, Business Management Sustainment, Proposals, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Price/Cost Analysis, Program Integration, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, or other Global Supply Chain related field
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret DoD Clearance and Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable time frame as required by business needs.
Sr. Principal (Level 4):
Must have Bachelor's Degree with 8 years, Master's Degree with 6 years, PhD with 4 years or High School Diploma/Equivalent with 12 years of experience. Experience must be in the following: Supply Chain; Logistics, Project Management, Business Management Sustainment, Proposals, Resource Planning, Accounting, Program Management, Program Scheduling, Price/Cost Analysis, Program Integration, Subcontracts Administration, Procurement, or other Global Supply Chain related field
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret DoD Clearance and Special Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable time frame as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in SAP/ERP
Aerospace background
Supply chain, cost management or CAM experience
CAM Certified
Salary Range: $78,700 - $118,100
Salary Range 2: $98,100 - $147,100
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
