Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Principal Project Management - Training to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position is located in Clearfield, UT. The ideal candidate takes a proactive/organized approach in all their work. Initiative and ownership of tasks are crucial, but a successful candidate needs to be able to work within a multi-disciplinary team, receive feedback and take direction from personnel at multiple levels. Conduct learning needs analysis, identify objectives, and develop experiences that help engage in the learning process. Create engaging instructional materials, including eLearning and in-classroom content, curriculum, user guides, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Strong sense of visual graphics - proportion, color, and continuity of theme.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of Project Management in a Training function experience, Masters Degree with 4 year of Project Management in a training function

  • Administration of online learning management systems (LMS) or use of e-learning and course authoring software

  • Utilization of systems configuration and database management

  • Ability to create and manage reports

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active DOD secret clearance with an investigation date/periodic review within the last 6 years

  • Training audit experience

  • Compliance knowledge

  • Safety Training experience i.e. Forklift, Crane, Fall Protection

  • Excellent project management and process improvement skills

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

  • Root cause analysis, identification, and creative problem solving

  • Proficient with MS Office 365 applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • SCORM authoring tool experience, preferably using iSpring, Captivate

Salary Range: $74,600 - $111,800

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
