Provides analysis and generates reports on the performance of Aerospace Structures. Performs work timely and accurately juggling priorities and switching tasks constantly as business needs evolve. Works with multiple levels of the organization(Sector, Division, BU, and Segment), multiple departments(Finance, Operations, Reporting) in multiple locations(California, Utah, Ohio, Mississippi, Minnesota). Uploads, retrieves, and maintains data from two financial reporting databases (TM1 and Essbase) and is responsible for the accuracy of each database. Helps consolidate and report the monthly, quarterly, annual, and five year forecasted and actual awards, sales, margin, and cash of the business unit. Documents work procedures and cross trains other department members in order to strengthen team knowledge and capabilities. Actively participates in meetings and seeks to improve personal and department performance. Exhibits judgement, dedication, professionalism, and good communication skills to accomplish to get the job done.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree with at least 6 years of related experience, or a Master's Degree with 4 years of related experience. Experienced performing financial analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in a stressful and complex work environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Exhibits Judgement, Dedication, Professionalism with good communication skills. Previous work experience in the defense department or with a subcontractor to the defense department.
