Northrop Grumman Aeronautics sector is seeking a Metrology and Stamp Administrative Technician to join our team in Clearfield, UT.
Ensures quality standards and compliance to customer and regulatory requirements are met, for stamp acquisition and calibration coordination. Performs administrative duties related to calibration schedules, stamp warranty requirements, and any related activities such as scheduling resources, training, documentation, etc. Adheres to Quality procedures and regulatory requirements related to industry standards and customer specifications. Reviews stamp and calibration processes for conformance to procedures. Prepares and monitors quality statistics and reports related to calibration. Conducts and responds to audits on the Stamp Control and Metrology systems. Provides excellent customer service for both internal and external customers regarding calibration and stamp warranty needs.
Basic requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related Aerospace experience.
Familiarity with and skilled in Microsoft office products
Comfortable with learning and operating less common software (for example: Met Team, SharePoint )
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance
Preferred requirements:
Basic knowledge of Calibration process and Metrology
Basic understanding of Quality processes
Team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast pace, dynamic, diverse environment
Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to work with others at all levels of the organization
Active DoD clearance and program access
Salary Range: $41,000 - $68,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
