Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a highly qualified Contracts Administrator 2 to join the Contracts team. This position will be located in Clearfield, UT .

The Contract Administrator will produce high quality Contract Management related products supporting the fast paced Aircraft Engineering Sustainment Center operating unit. The Contract Administrator will be required to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks. The Contract Administrator must possess the ability to work well with others in high-stress, high-volume situations while effectively interfacing with internal functional and program organizations.You will also effectively deal with external customers and meet the goals/objectives of the program team.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Interfacing with customers and business partners and conducting proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and contract administration.

  • Proposal preparation: examining proposal requirements and estimates, preparing bids, analyzing terms and conditions to evaluate risk, accuracy, and completeness to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

  • Contract administration: processing contractual documentation and reports, advising management of contractual rights and obligations, compilation and analyses of data, and maintenance of historical information.

  • Daily interaction with customer representatives.

  • Duties may also include the preparation of proprietary information agreements, teaming agreements, and various types of memoranda.

  • Assist team and manager with projects as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of directly related experienceOR a Master's Degree with 1 years of directly related experience. May consider an additional 4 years of related work experience in lieu of degree.

  • Working experience with FAR/DFARS and/or other U.S. Federal Government contracting regulations

  • Experience with various contract types including Cost Reimbursable and Firm Fixed Price

  • Experience working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholders

  • Ability to be a team player but also able to be a strong independent contributor (i.e. proactive and able to demonstrate leadership skills).

  • Possess good analytical skills, demonstrated problem solving skills, and be detail-oriented.

  • US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
