We are looking for someone to support our new product design and development engineeringfor hardware architecture development, precision sensors, digital/analog/power/RF module packaging, large platform design and integration,marine electronics. This position will be located in Charlottesville, VA.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support on-going production, new product development, technology refresh, parts obsolescence, product enhancements and manufacturing.
Research components and analyze technical performance
Hands-on ability to support Engineering Hardware Development and Manufacturing Operations
Development of product structure
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Applied/Engineering Physics, or related with 2 yrs hardware engineering experience.
Ability to read electrical schematics with exposure to wiring, computers, electronic packaging.
Must have knowledge and/or experience in at least one of the following: Product Development, Product Support, Field Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Wiring Harnesses Computers/networking, BOM (Bill of Materials)development or related area.
U.S. citizenship required
Proficient with MS Office, CAD tools (AutoCad or similar)
Experience working with military electronics systems and product development.
Experience with both electrical and mechanical engineering projects
Active Secret Clearance
Good presentation and writing/communication skills
Self-motivated, willing to learn, and interested in working in a team environment.
