The Software Engineering team is hiring for a Software Engineer Lead position located in Chandler, AZ.

The successful candidate will help oversee a software development team, track progress, develop staffing plans and schedules, generate status and metrics, and support internal and external program and customer meetings for successful completion of the overall software project.

Candidates must have experience with real-time embedded systems and the full software development lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 14 years of related engineering experience or Master's Degree and 12 years of related engineering experience, or Ph.D. and 9 years of related engineering experience

  • Ability to obtain Secret security clearance

  • Experience with software project leadership

  • Object Oriented (OO) software development experience

  • Experience in embedded real-time software development, debug and test

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Engineering

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Proficiency with Linux and Linux based software development tools

  • Experience with real time operating systems (RTOS) environments including LynxOS, VxWorks, Integrity or other equivalent RTOS

  • Familiarity with DOORS (Requirement Management System), Jira, BitBucket, Confluence

  • Experience with space craft or launch systems software development

Salary Range: $139,000 - $208,600

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
