Northrop Grumman Space Systems is searching for an experienced Manager Mission Assurance/PMAP Lead Level 1 to join the Launch Missile Defense Systems to support the Next Generation Interceptor Program in Chandler, AZ.
Defines and monitors Parts, Materials, and Processes Mission Assurance Plan (PMAP) to ensure mission success of the Northrop Grumman DSC program. The position will ensure flow down and compliance for all internal processes within Northrop Grumman and its suppliers supplying safety and mission critical products and systems. This includes performing assessments, maintaining compliance matrix, managing weekly communications with the customer, assisting in technical issues, and assessing program performance and risks.
Minimum requirements: Engineering degree and 7 years related experience or
Master's degree W/5 years
Bachelor of Science in Material Science
U.S. Citizenship is required
Ability to obtain a clearance is required
Active Secret Clearance is preferred
