Northrop Grumman Space System Sector is looking for an experienced RF Electronic Technician at the Chandler, AZ facility.
With minimum to moderate supervision, the RF Electronics Technician will be responsible for the acceptance testing of a variety of flight hardware components, cables and devices such as antennas, couplers and triplexers. Responsibilities will include performing Continuity and Isolation testing, Monitor testing and Functional testing, some of which will occur in environments such as thermal cycling, vacuum and vibration. Knowledge of and the ability to use a variety of test and measurement instrumentation such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, multi-meters, power supplies, function generators and oscilloscopes is required. ATP / environmental testing and experience using ATE is preferred.
A 2 year technical degree or graduation from a military technical school along with 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
Experience with ESS / environmental testing.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, 5S and Costpoint MES is preferred.
