Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a self-motivated, hardworking SCA Administrative Assistant in California, MD.

Additional roles and responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily administrative duties and support for the Broad Area Maritime Surveillance Demonstrator program and it's 100+ personnel. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail.

  • Performing administrative functions necessary to support projects and/or programs in such functional areas as Finance, Human Resources, Contracts, Business Development, Security, Safety, and Facilities.

  • Responsibility for In-processing and Out-processing of personnel, supporting OCONUS deployments by scheduling and providing pre-deployment orientation and training.

  • Making significant contributions to program goals.

  • Planning, developing, and implementing solutions to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in daily operations.

  • Gathering information from different sources to prepare, type, and distribute reports.

  • Answering telephones, screens calls and forwards messages.

  • Operating general office equipment such as copiers, calculators, fax or other office machines.

  • Opening, sorting and routing incoming mail to the appropriate persons.

  • Assists in the preparation of briefings and presentations to include charts and graphics.

  • Answering questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures.
