Northrop Grumman Supply Chain Ops Coord 3 in Buffalo, New York

Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides administrative,

tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily

Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Sourcing, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.

Works with Buyers, Supplier Quality and Program office to insure all Purchase Requisitions are approved and processed to GSC Staff.

Insures all Non Conformances are returned to the Supplier in a timely manner after securing all approvals.

Manages discrepant material receipts to insure timely compliant material reports.

Administrates Inter-company work orders and Non-Disclosure agreements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree & a minimum of 1+ years of experience in government procurement, contracts or subcontracts...

•Intermediate level skills in Excel (Macros, V-Lookups, pivot tables, charts, match & index capabilities and Visual Basic Application)

•Proficient with remaining MS Office Suite applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Notes)

•Creative problem solving skills and demonstrated subject matter credibility

•Excellent presentation, communication & customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience with Govt Procurement and Supply Chain experience.

•Understanding of Northrop Grumman products

•Self-starter; excellent people skills and customer service

•Experience with the SBLO function and generating reports

•Knowledge of FAR/DFAR

•Strong and relevant business acumen, sound judgment capabilities and delegation ability

•Knowledge of Costpoint and TipQA
