Northrop Grumman is seeking an Administrative Functional Support person to support our programs in Buffalo, NY.

Roles and responsibilities of the Administrative Functional Support person will include (but not be limited to) the following :
Perform a variety of activities in support of our programs in our Buffalo, NY office.
Manage incoming and outgoing inventory.
Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources.
Compile, review and analyze data.
Use software to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Design processes to enhance work flow.
Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures.
High School Diploma with a minimum of two years additional education and/or professional experience.
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills and proven success in organizing, prioritizing, and completing assigned responsibilities.
Computer skills required include expertise in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), SharePoint (or equivalent), and intranet/internet proficiency.
Proactive, highly motivated and adaptable, with excellent organizational skills including the ability to juggle multiple tasks, changing needs, and competing priorities across a geographically dispersed team.
Associate degree, preferably in business or technical related field.
Familiarity with Northrop Grumman's specific systems (Concur, Facilities requests, IBUY, etc.).
