Job Description

Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Manager to lead the mission planning efforts for the RQ-4B Global Hawk programs located at Beale AFB CA and Grand Forks AFB ND. The candidate will manage a highly experienced and technicaltwelve member Mission Planning team under the CLScontract providing support for local training missions, Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO), and Global Hawk operations in Italy and Guam. Provides daily supportefforts in CENTCOM, EUCOM, PACOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM and NORTHCOM theaters.The position could be assignedat either Beale AFB or Grand Forks AFB.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cost, schedule, and technical performance of your team under theFFP contract, presentation to internal and external groups, supporting proposal activities, and attending technical conferences and working groups.

  • Ensureall tasking's are completed on schedule following established procedures and schedules.

  • Evaluate and validate completed mission products with Guidance Navigation and Control (GNC) engineering software and GNC 6 degree of freedom (6DOF) comparison tools.

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree and at least five (5) years' experience working on AFMSS/JMPS mission planning software

  • Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience

  • Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with ability to maintain

  • Must have excellent written and verbal communications, organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master degree

  • Prior military aviation background

  • Prior experience on PFPS and Falconview software, JMPS a plus
