Are you ready to put your experience to work at Northrop Grumman? If so, our Defense Systems sector wants you to join our Team as an Industrial Security Manager for one of its key programs.

Through enhanced National Security Objectives you will support Special Access Programs (SAPs) by providing strategic, analytical and tactical security program guidance. You will interact internally with program leadership and externally with government leadership to ensure security compliance

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and provide security support to a wide spectrum of security disciplines.

  • Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI and SAP activities with adherence to Government approved policies and procedures.

  • Evaluate and implement opportunities for security process improvements across the SAP spectrum to enhance overall program.

  • Assist with access control and perform escort duties for visitors.

  • Conduct self-inspections, identify security discrepancies and report security incidents.

  • Prepare visit requests, DD254s, Program Access Requests (PARs), SAP indoctrination agreements, SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP) Questionnaires, etc.

  • Prepare security education and training.

  • Analyze and interpret Security Classification Guide (SCG) and render clarifications.

  • Develop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary within SAP guidelines.

  • Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.

  • Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree and a minimum 5 years related industrial security work experience; an additional 4 years of direct relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirement

2. Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

3. Ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP)

4. Working knowledge of Government security policies and manuals along with appropriate Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) and/or DoD 5205.07 series manuals and/or other guiding policy documents

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working with or leading a Team Security Analysts.

2. Thorough understanding of special programs, including government governance models, policy, compliance, and existing and planned government infrastructure, applications, and tools.
