Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking several Inventory & Warehouse Analyst / Principal Inventory & Warehouse Analyst to join our Operations Team located in Curtis Bay, MD.
The ideal candidate will have progressive Inventory and Kitting experience and advanced knowledge of packaging and special handling requirements. Seeking self-motived individual with strong organizational, analytical, presentation, problem resolution, and process improvement skills; and be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers, as well as working in cross-functional teams.
What You'll get to Do:
Analyze flow of material within warehouse
Data forensics to identify root causes and corrective actions
Develop strategic plans that cross multiple functions (GSC, Production Control, and OPM)
Develop and define work processes to implement across the warehouse
Prioritize output of material through planning, scheduling and inventory control
Identify and resolve drivers of lost material and kitting delays
This position may be filled at either the Inventory & Warehouse Analyst or Principal Inventory & Warehouse Analyst level based on the qualifications below.
Basic Qualifications for an Inventory & Warehouse Analyst:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or a Master’s degree with experience in a manufacturing environment; 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience working in inventory management
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Secret Level Security clearance
Basic Qualifications for Principal Inventory & Warehouse Analyst:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, 9 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment may be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience working in with inventory in a manufacturing environment
U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) U.S. Secret Level Security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, or other closely related field
MRP/ERP business system experience (SAP preferred)
Experience in MRP and Production Control
Experience operating a Forklift or Scissor lift

Salary Range: $70,600 - $105,800
Salary Range 2: $87,000 - $130,600
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
