The Aurora, CO team is seeking a Configuration Management / Data Management Analyst to support them in delivering top shelf development and sustainment support to operational customers at the cutting edge of keeping the nation safe.
The successful applicant will be part of a team developing and maintaining a line of software which is built and tested across several networks and must be delivered with an eye on quality and timeliness to operations. Successful applicant will be a junior CM/DM personnel on our team and will have the opportunity to learn this role from an experienced mentor.
The keys to success in this role are communicational and organization skills and a positive learning attitude. With those foundations you can learn to fulfill your responsibilities which will include:
Learning and executing our processes to deliver our software and documentation to our customer by email and transferring files.
Learning to manage the storage and processes for officially updating our documentation and data libraries
Learn to follow our CM/DM processes throughout project life cycles to maintain consistent configuration control, developing, operating, and maintaining change managed baselines
Interfacing well with program management and team members while keeping track of documents and action items.
Supporting program documentation process by taking notes and action items.

This requisition may be filled as either a Principal or Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst.
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Configuration Analyst:
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience; 4 years with a Masters. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and willingness to sit for a polygraph for maintaining or advancing clearances.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to obtain relevant certifications to escort personnel in secure area, transfer data among networks, Security+ certification etc.
Basic Qualifications for a Sr. Principal Configuration Analyst:
Bachelor's degree and 10 years of relevant experience; 8 years with a Masters. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Active Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret with SCI eligibility, and willingness to sit for a polygraph for maintaining or advancing clearances.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willingness to obtain relevant certifications to escort personnel in secure area, transfer data among networks, Security+ certification etc.

Salary Range: $82,400 - $123,600
Salary Range 2: $102,200 - $153,200
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
