Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals located in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Cyber software research, design, prototype, development, and documentation.

Develop, maintain, and execute test plan and test procedures.

Main programming language: C

This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled at either a level 2 or a level 3.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

2+ years of relevant Software experience with a proficiency in any major development languages

Exposure in cyber security.

Experience in any configuration management tools

Experience in software testing and documentation

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

5+ years of relevant Software experience with a proficiency in any major development languages

Exposure in cyber security.

Experience in any configuration management tools

Experience in software testing and documentation

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.

Security Clearance: An active TS/SCI clearance is required. SAP will be required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient C programming language

Experience in reverse engineering

Experience in powershell scripting

Experience in GIT

Experience in Jenkins
