Northrop Grumman Principal Project Management in Annapolis Junction, Maryland

The Logistics Program Management (LPM) Team located in Annapolis, Maryland has a challenging opportunity for a self-starting, talented, team oriented individual with a technical background to lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) for Underseaslogistics programs within cost, schedule, and performance parameters. Specific duties will include:

  • Identify requirements for and drive Logistics efforts to include;Supportability, Technical Publications and Training, support equipment, spares optimization, field service support and safety.

  • Coordinate the Logistics portions of proposals, proposal work statements and specifications, scope of work for Logistics elements, Logistics operating budgets, and financial requirements of the contract and include Training Curriculum.

  • Act as primary customer contact for Logistics program activities and lead program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance of all Logistics & Supportability Engineering (L&SE) elements.

  • Establish Logistics milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identify L&SE-specific program issues and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources, modification of schedule, or revision of contractual specifications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of5 years ofcurriculum development inengineering or a technology program

  • Demonstrated presentation skills

  • Knowledge of Aviation and Marine Technology

  • Experience with MS Office (i.e. - PowerPoint, EXCEL or WORD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience withAviation and/or Maritime systems

  • Curriculum development background

  • Ability to read and understand Electrical and Mechanical drawings
